«Three bites for my sins» wasn’t just a short film for a competition — it’s another step to broaden partnerships.
As head of production at PHOS (Erasmus Creator Association) it is my responsibility to broaden the scope of projects and attracting more resources into the association.
Main GOALS:
- broaden partnerships by contacting alumni of PHOS
- Increase attendance and outsource equipment through new and existing partnerships
- increase attendance
KPIs - 1) Attendance 2) Production costs
Main RESULTS:
- First-ever partnership with production company: WENDL
- NO rental expenses related to equipment (covered by partners)
- Tripled attendance through PHOS: 29 total (2025), compared to last year’s 8 total (2024)
- increase in non-member sign-ups from 12.5% to 14.3%
